The contest is for winter maintenance for Ål Municipality.

The procurement's annual value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Area 1: Bakketeigen/Granhagen NOK 350,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 2: Vestlia NOK 350,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 3: Sundre NOK 450,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 4: Vats NOK 250,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 5: Leveld NOK 250,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 6: Votndalen/Sando NOK 400,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 7: Torpo NOK 300,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 8: Gangveger Sundre-baklivegen NOK 350,000 excluding VAT a year.

Area 9: Kvinnegardslia NOK 30,000 excluding VAT a year.

Lots/groups

The winter maintenance service is divided into 9 areas. Tenders can be submitted for one, several, or all lots. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for an individual lot. Tenderers are encouraged to cooperate in preparing tenders if they are unable to handle an entire lot alone.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

Tenderers must fill out a price sheet for the lots a tender is submitted for.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is from and including 2023-05-01. The contract period is 3 years from the start-up date. The contract will be automatically renewed for one year at a time unless notice is given by one of the parties.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer for each lot, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders to the contest.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.

ESPD

As part of the simplification of public procurements, and based on experience from similar, former procurements where many tenderers have limited experience with submitting tenders, the contracting authority has chosen not to require ESPD to be included in this call for tenders.

The tenderer is asked to confirm that none of the grounds for rejection in the form's Part III are relevant to you as a tenderer (this applies to funding of terrorist organisation, child labour, corruption, and involvement in criminal activities).
