The purpose of the contract is the supply, delivery and management of dematerialized meal vouchers (smart card with payment option via Smartphone) and the provision of associated services for employees in the Cotentin agglomeration.As an indication, the average number of agents likely to benefit from meal vouchers is between 700 and 1000 and the average number of tickets issued is 20 per month per agent over 12 months. The face value of each meal voucher will be €7.50 or €8.30 depending on the choice of value made by the agglomeration (choice currently being determined in parallel with the tendering procedure). In all cases, Le Cotentin will pay 60% of the amount of the ticket, i.e. 4.50 euro(s) or 4.98 euro(s) depending on the face value of the ticket. The face value of the security may be adjusted upwards or downwards during the execution of the market
