Service provision to carry out a complete MOE and AMO mission in the study and realization phases until the acceptance of the works.
The work programme concerns complex repairs (in terms of technicality and sections of motorways with very high traffic requiring special operating measures and/or complex phasing) on engineering structures of the COFIROUTE network. It is divided into three lots:
•Lot n°1: Jacks-Sealing PI/PS A10 South:
•Lot n°2: Jacks-Sealing PI/PH A10 Common Core, A10 North and A11
•Lot n°3: Painting of sheet pile walls, A10 Crossing Tours
The contract consists of missions of main MOE in the study and implementation phases, obtaining administrative authorizations, and AMO in the studies and implementation phases.
The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring the coordination and coherence of the studies as a whole. Relations with the State and local authorities will be ensured by the Contracting Authority, with the assistance of the contracting authority.

The project management and project management assistance contract for operation 1 includes one (1) firm tranche and three (3) optional tranches.
• The firm tranche covers the design studies of the entire program for the 4 bridges (A10PI242/10 + A10PI207/5 + A10PS198/28 + A10PS209/7) and work on the A10PI242/10.
o Component 0: data recovery and validation multi-year program, definition of diagnostic needs and operational measures;

• Accessibility of the work to the work – conventions – study phase
• Network management
In the works phase, for the follow-up of the work on the A10PI242/10;
• Management of external controls (waterproofing, concrete, etc.)
• Accessibility of the works to the work – agreements – works phase
• Initial detailed inspection (IDI) after work
The 3 optional tranches cover the work planned respectively on the A10PI207/5 + A10PS198/28 + A10PS209/7.
The missions are identical to those applied to the work of the firm tranche.
