This consultation concerns the implementation of a framework agreement with purchase orders for a project management assistance mission in terms of health risks related to exposure to asbestos and lead on real estate complexes managed by CDC HABITAT and CDC HABITAT SOCIAL in Ile-de-France. These missions are planned in vacation missions, included in a Unit Price List. The annual amount of the contract to which the contracting authority is committed is fixed as follows: without minimum and with a maximum of 500 000.00 euros excluding tax/year, i.e. 600 000.00 euro (s) incl. tax/year.

The objective of this mission is to meet the need for support, assistance and technical support, as well as to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and an adapted implementation on the sites defined by the contracting authority, in terms of exposure to asbestos and lead.These missions are planned in vacation missions, listed in a Unit Price List.
