Description:

The object of the contract is to create a database of topographic objects with detail ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies in scales 1: 500-1: 5000 (BDOT500) for areas located in the Iławski poviat with the introduction of created BDOT500 data sets to the ICT system of the Employer. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will create BDOT500 databases in the registration units specified in the description of the subject of the contract and enter created BDOT500 data sets into the Staroste's IT system.

1. The subject of the order is to create a database of topographic objects with detail ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies in scales 1: 500-1: 5000 (BDOT500) for areas located in the Iławski poviat with the introduction of created BDOT500 data sets into the ICT system of the Employer.

2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall create BDOT500 databases in the registration units specified in the description of the subject of the contract and enter into the Staroste's ICT system the created BDOT500 data sets.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR "Description of the subject of the contract".

4. According to art. 36b section 1 of the Act, the Employer requests to indicate the part of the contract which the Contractor intends to entrust to the Subcontractor. In part II of section D of the Single Document (EAT), the Contractor is obliged to answer the question: Does he intend to subcontract any part of the contract to third parties? If yes, if known, the Contractor shall provide a list of subcontractors. In Part IV, Section C, point 10 of the Single Document, the Contractor specifies the part (percentage) of the contract which it intends to subcontract. If the Contractor does not intend to perform the contract with the help of subcontractors, in the document in the indicated place he shall write "not applicable". Leaving an empty point will be recognized by the Employer as the independent performance of the subject of the contract.

5. In accordance with art. 24 aa of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not excluded and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
