The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of supervision over the design, management and control as well as supervision over the performance of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the subject of which is: "Construction of the S16 Olsztyn (S51) – Ełk (S61) road, Olsztyn – Biskupiec section (construction of the second carriageway), Barczewo – Biskupiec section" on the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Conditions for each Part of the investment task.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of supervision over the design, management and control as well as supervision over the performance of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the subject of which is: "Construction of the S16 Olsztyn (S51) – Ełk (S61) road, Olsztyn – Biskupiec section (construction of the second carriageway), Barczewo – Biskupiec section" on the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Terms and Conditions for each Part of the investment task.

2. Total estimated order of magnitude of the contract value: above 140,000 euros.
