COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE AREA OF THE INTER-MUNICIPAL ASSOCIATION "CLEAN REGION" within Sector No. 15 Tarnów Opolski - uninhabited real estate

1) Collection of municipal waste from properties that are partly real estate where residents live, and partly properties where no residents live, and the activity specified in Resolution No. LXXIV/19/2020 of the Assembly of the Inter-Municipal Association "Clean Region" of October 20, 2020 is carried out.

2) Collection of municipal waste from properties where there are no residents and where the activity specified in Resolution No. LXXIV/19/2020 of the Assembly of the Inter-Municipal Association "Clean Region" of 20 October 2020 on the organization of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of properties where there are no residents and municipal waste is generated, located in the area of municipalities – members of the Inter-Municipal Association "Clean Region" and repealing Resolution No. LII/63/16 of the Assembly of the Inter-Municipal Association "Clean Region" with its registered office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle

COMMISSION DECISION of 6 June 2016 on the organisation of the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created in the area of municipalities — members of the Inter-Municipal Union “Clean Region” (uninhabited property)

3) Equipping the properties referred to in points 1 and 2 with containers intended for the collection of municipal waste in the amount and capacity in accordance with the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Inter-Municipal Association "Clean Region", with the exception of containers for selective collection of ash on uninhabited properties.

4) Marking the containers with transponders (tag/chip) provided by the Ordering Party according to the guidelines:

- TAGs must be programmed with sequential identification numbers enabling them to be entered into the container database of the system selected by the Contractor and based on them to build waste collection routes.

- The Contractor shall mark all containers with Transponders in a way that enables automatic or manual RFID reading no later than within 10 weeks from the date of delivery of the containers

5) Maintenance of containers in proper ordinal and technical condition.
