Removal of oil contamination on federal highways

The Federal Autobahn GmbH, branch east, intends to have contaminants on traffic areas in its area of responsibility, caused by oil contamination, operating materials and fuel traces, professionally cleaned in accordance with current current guidelines and legal requirements.

Area of responsibility Lot 1: AS Magdeburg - AM Börde, AM Theessen and A14 of AM Plötzkau.

This involves limited contamination on traffic areas and their side areas, which is caused, for example, by released oils, fuels such as gasoline and diesel, operating equipment or other substances that are hazardous to vehicles in the event of accidents, accidents, technical defects, accidents or other traffic hazardous substances.

The service to be provided by the contractor consists in the immediate restoration of the risk-free usability of traffic areas contaminated by oils, fuels or vehicle equipment within the area of responsibility of the East branch of Autobahn GmbH. In addition, soil contamination in the side areas or banquets, in particular by excavating and re-filling the affected areas, must be removed. The contractor thus performs the removal of the contamination and all associated work.

The contractor shall provide the necessary technology with equipment and materials as well as specialist personnel to remove the contamination as required to fulfill the service. This also includes the collection, storage and disposal of contaminated materials in accordance with legal requirements. It is expected that the contractor will set up a 24-hour service readiness.

The work should be carried out while maintaining traffic if possible. Traffic disruptions must be kept to a minimum.
