Project control and monitoring services for the recording and digitization of the building stock of the state enterprise assets and construction Baden-Württemberg (area registration).

The digitized areas of the building stock of VB-BW are to be subjected to quality assurance for AG conformity on the basis of defined guidelines and transferred to the client's CAFM system. These are either successively submitted new digital data by third parties or already existing data, which have already been incorporated into the CAFM system of VB-BW. In addition to the quality check, older file versions should also be updated by reconversion or publication. It is the conclusion of a framework agreement.

The application must be made with the application form specified by the client. The form can be downloaded from the internet address given in the EU Notice under point I.3. Applications by phone, fax or e-mail are not permitted.

Tenderers and their subcontractors and distributors must submit the relevant undertakings in accordance with § 5 LTMG, which can be viewed under "https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/Themen/Wirtschaft/Tariftreue/Seiten/Mustererklaerungen.aspx".
