The subject of the contract is the provision of relocation, maintenance, technical support, construction, development and assistance services as well as training for the Employer's IT systems.

The awarding entity will apply the procedure specified in art. 24aa section 1 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended) hereinafter referred to as the "Act".

The two-month period specified in Section IV.2.6) shall be understood as 60 days from the date set for submitting bids.

The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 points 6 and 7 of the Act.

• Access Management System,
• Electronic Information Exchange System,
• ESF Application Processing Service System,
• ZUS EFS system,
• ESF Access Management System,
• ESF Electronic Information Exchange System

The Contractor within 3 days of posting the information on the Purchasing Platform, as referred to in Article 86 para. 5 of the Act, is required to provide the contracting authority with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the Act. With the submission of the declaration, the contractor may provide evidence that the links with another contractor do not lead to a distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. A specimen declaration is attached as Annex 4 to the ToR.
Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, the Employer requires that for the entire period of providing technical support services, the Contractor should direct the performance of the contract in the scope of activities of a technical support employee to persons employed under a full-time employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code ( Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).
