The contest concerns a framework agreement for delivery of electrician services and necessary materials.
The assignments included in the framework agreement shall be to carry out planned tasks and inspections and other times search for and rectify unforeseen errors. The needs will often be of a sporadic nature and of different scope and frequency.
The tenderers must have personnel who have the necessary permits to carry out tasks in the low-voltage and strong-voltage disciplines.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously purchased for NOK 9,050,000 excluding VAT in the last year. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Maximum value, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT.
See the procurement documents for further information.
Lots/groups
Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders are not accepted for an individual geographical zone.
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or more geographical zones/groups.
Framework agreement
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.
The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2023-01-01 until and including 2024-12-31 with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, for 12 months at a time.
The contracting authority will (if a sufficient number of tenders was received) enter into an agreement with one or more tenderers in each zone where the best ranked tenderer will be awarded assignments first or that mini-competitions will alternatively be held between the selected suppliers.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
