The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task in the "design and build" mode and in the "build" mode entitled: "Construction of a road system in the area of the Northern Port in Gdańsk". The task includes the preparation of design documentation and execution of construction works.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task in the "design and build" mode and in the "build" mode entitled: "Construction of a road system in the area of the Northern Port in Gdańsk". The task includes the preparation of design documentation and execution of construction works.

This investment is intended for co-financing from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Programme No. Edition5RSP/2022/158/PolskiLad.

2. The scope of the procurement includes all works, activities and works necessary for the performance of the investment task, including the following elements:

1) And the object of receipt:

a) preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining all final decisions and permits required for the implementation of construction works for the water supply network and sanitary sewage system along the continuation of Andruszkiewicza Street in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Program;

b) preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining all final decisions and permits required for the implementation of construction works for a fragment of the road system – construction of a connecting road between Andruszkiewicza Street and Sucharskiego Route in the form of a viaduct along with the construction of a road connecting Sucharskiego Route with Sucharskiego Street – the so-called "district node" – along with the necessary infrastructure in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Program;

c) execution of construction works of the water supply and sewage network on the basis of the documentation made;

d) execution of part of construction works for a fragment of the road system section – extension of Andruszkiewicza Street on the basis of documentation held by the Contracting Entity.

2) II object of acceptance:

a) execution of construction works not covered by the first subject of acceptance for a fragment of the road system section – extension of Andruszkiewicza Street on the basis of documentation held by the Ordering Party;

b) execution of construction works for a part of the road system – construction of a connecting road between Andruszkiewicza Street and Sucharskiego Route in the form of a viaduct along with the construction of a road connecting the Sucharskiego Route with Sucharskiego Street – the so-called "district node" together with the necessary infrastructure on the basis of the documentation made.

3) performing author's supervision during the implementation of the investment on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Contractor.

3. In addition, if it will be necessary to perform other activities or obtain permits to perform design works or construction works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement, the contractor shall perform these activities and obtain the necessary permits at its own expense and effort.
