All related expenses for traffic safety, intersecting accessibility to the city swimming pool and the school are to be included in the offer.

The contractor is responsible for coordinating the smooth construction process and must be taken into account in the offer.
The available planning documents represent the result of the implementation planning. On this basis, the contractor has to prepare a work and assembly plan for designated components on his own responsibility.

All building materials and components used must be suitable for the object and meet a medium standard. The minimum technical standard defined in the standards is generally implemented. All products or designs must be sampled. Orders and installation may only be made after written approval by the client. The contractor submits a sampling schedule.
If legally binding construction lines are affected or if minimum distances to the neighbouring boundary are to be maintained, this must be done by means of a position certificate from a publicly appointed surveyor (ÖbVI). The costs incurred for this must be taken into account.
