The contracting authority requests tenders for the delivery of research-based broking in the project FORREGION N2 2019-2021.
The mobilisation project is the Research Council of Norway's instrument in N2 and is one of 4 work packages in the project. FORREGION N2, will work in coordination with the existing FORREGION projects in Finnmark, Nordland og Troms counties.
The project will run in the period 2019-2021 and is a collaboration between the Research Council of Norway and the owners of N2 with KUPA as the project manager. The project is described in more detail in Appendix B — Project Plan for FORREGION N2.
The mobilisation project N2 will further develop the research and development initiative for the seafood, tourism and experience industries, as well as associated industries in Nord-Norge [Northern Norway].
The total budget for all of the research-based brokers in the entire project period is 3 600 000 NOK excluding VAT. The budget per lot is 300 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. 900 000 NOK excluding VAT for the entire project period.

The total budget for research-based broking for the experience industry with application in Nordland is 900 000 NOK excluding VAT for the entire project period.
