The assignment will be carried out within Ulricehamn municipality's borders.

AFB.33 Anbuds giltighetstid

Tenders shall be binding six (6) months after the closing date for tenders, unless otherwise agreed during the procurement. In the event of an appeal in an administrative court, the contractor is bound by its offer for one (1) month after the appeal has been concluded by a final judgment. Tenders are valid until an agreement has been concluded with the selected contractor despite notification of the award decision. Agreements come into being when both parties have signed the agreement.
