The building is divided into two-storey office and administrative uses, a vehicle hall with 9 gates and 8 vehicle parking spaces, a workshop building and a practice tower. It is a reinforced concrete construction with green flat roofs and a curtain wooden façade.

The roof insulation is made of mineral wool. The green roof is planned as extensive greening with two different installation heights. In the workshop area, 5 light domes are provided.
