"CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE OVER THE ODRA RIVER ALONG THE PROVINCIAL ROAD NO. 421".

(a) the provision of an investor supervision service in accordance with the applicable rules and terms of the contract, including the provisions of this OPZ,

b) construction management, representing the Ordering Party with all the consequences resulting from the binding law, the concluded contract, including the contract for construction works, design documentation.
