Description:

A. Enggaard A / S (hereafter AE) erects in 2 buildings on the former Spritfabrikgrund in Aalborg, 117 youth housing and 15 senior housing for the Himmerland Housing Association, which is the contracting authority in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15.12.2015). In addition, 90 owner-occupied homes are being built.

AE therefore offers the following 13 subcontracts, which are restricted to tender under the Tender Law:

2) 06. The plumbing contract;

3) 07. Ventilation and OTV contract;

4) 09. Elevator contract;

5) 10. The Masonry Award;

6) 11. The roofing contract;

7) 13. The aluminum contract

8) 14. The Carpentry / Joinery Contract ';

9) 15. The Forging Contract (ARK);

10) 16. The facade cladding contract;

11) 17. The painting contract;

12) 18. The floor contract;

13) 19. Inventory contract.

Total construction period approx. 21 months.

The timetable for the execution of the individual subcontracts is shown in the tender documents. For each sub-contract, the months indicated are the total construction period and are not the construction period for the sub-contract.


05. The EL contract

The contract includes delivery, installation of installations for future housing development up to 16 floors. The contract includes connectors, routing and switchboards, and power and lighting installations in homes and common areas. In addition, complete fire engineering installations consisting of smoke ventilation, fire ventilation, escape route and panic lighting as well as ABA systems are carried out, while providing routing routes for broadband, TV and access control as well as supply for OTV systems.


16. The facade cladding contract

The contract includes the supply and installation of aluminum facade system on the foundation of concrete elements from 5 to 11 floors in building B.


17. The painting contract

The contract includes the treatment of surfaces on interior plaster ceilings, concrete ceilings, fiberglass walls, concrete walls, woodwork and installations in all homes and common areas. Dust bonding of floors in the basement floor, stairwells, connecting walkway, painting of exterior concrete elements and painting of water-scoured walls.


18. The floor contract

The contract includes linoleum flooring in stairwells for youth and senior housing.


19. The inventory contract

The contract includes supply and assembly of kitchen furniture for 117 youth homes and 15 senior homes.


06. The plumbing contract

The contract includes supply, installation and installations for future housing development of up to 16 floors. The contract includes interior drainage, water and heating installations. The homes are made with decentralized hot water production.


07. Ventilation and OTV contract

The contract includes supply, installation and installations for future housing development of up to 16 floors. The contract includes hoods, fans and ventilation systems. The housing is carried out with decentralized ventilation systems in the individual apartments. In both buildings, OTV systems are installed for pressurization of safety stairs and firefighter's elevator.

In the case of OTV systems, the contractor must be certified to approve the OTV system. If the contractor does not have this certification, the contractor must enter with a subcontractor who holds this certification and who can thus approve the OTV system on behalf of the contractor. The applicant is not required to enter into this subcontractor in connection with the pre-qualification, cf. also section III.1.3).


09. Elevator contract

The contract includes the supply and assembly of 2 pieces. ordinary passenger lifts and 2 pcs. firefighter elevators for future housing up to 16 floors. The elevators are supplied with respectively. 17 stops in building A and 13 stops in building B.


10. The Masonry Award

The contract includes brick wall facade up to 16 storeys on Building A and 5 storeys on Building B, supply and installation of subfloors, tiles in stairs.


11. The roofing contract

The contract includes the supply and installation of roof insulation, roofing, roof protection, roof hatch / smoke ventilation, roof terrace, sedum roofs and roofing balconies.


13. The aluminum contract

The contract includes the supply and installation of glass / aluminum facade parts on the ground floor for commercial purposes.


14. The carpenter / carpenter contract

The contract includes the supply and installation of interior fiberglass walls, wooden doors, steel doors, suspended system and plaster ceilings, wooden floors on straws, footboards, etc., acoustic ceilings in stairwells and ventilation inlets.


15. The Forging Contract (ARK)

The contract includes supply and installation of steel for future housing development of up to 16 floors. The contract includes delivery and assembly of balconies incl. steel fittings. Furthermore, protection is provided for, inter alia, stairs and balconies as well as bicycle racks in the basement.
