The target of the acquisition is Moving Services of the City of Lahti, Development Company Ladec Oy, Päijät-Häme Rescue Department, Lahti Events Oy, Training Center Salpaus and Lahden Talot Oy, as well as the occasional transfer of goods. Migration services consist mainly of removals typical of the public sector: offices, archives, schools, kindergartens, various small warehouses (textiles, spare parts, housewares, office supplies, etc.), workstations and related small machinery, and also removals and relocation of museum activities (furniture, works of art, etc.). This purchase does not apply to the supply and assembly of new furniture to be procured, meal transportation, library material transportation, or other transportation subject to separate agreements.

Subscriber demand for services varies from year to year. For the upcoming contract and option period (2020-2024) the following changes in the premises:

- Renovation of Lahti City Hall will begin in 2020–2021

- The spring (Laune) community center will be completed in spring 2020. The community center will replace the Laune and Salinkallio schools and the Mustikkamäe day care center. Mainly new furniture, removals needed for removal / recycling of old furniture, etc. In addition, other movable items are moved from evacuation facilities to multipurpose facilities.

- On the Paavola campus, the Tiirismaa and Kannas high schools will merge into one (1) high school in 2020.

- A new kindergarten to be built on Laaksokatu 6 in the Paavola campus will replace the Humpula day care center in temporary premises. The kindergarten will be completed in the autumn of 2020. Rakokivi Community Center will be completed in the spring of 2021. It will replace the current facilities of Rakokivi School, Rakokivi, Niittytiie and Huokokuja kindergartens and Nastola Library.

- The new building of Kaarikatu kindergarten will replace the older bad part of the kindergarten. After the new building is completed, the newer part of the nursery will be repaired. New construction will begin in the fall of 2020 and the facilities will be ready in the fall of 2021.

- The construction of the new section of the Myllypohja community center will begin in the same time as the renovation of the old school building in the autumn of 2022. The premises will be completed in summer 2024. The new building will replace the newer sections of the Myllypohja school.

- Completion of Renkomäki multifunctional facilities. The Renkomäki Community Center will replace the Renkomäki School and Library and the Ali-Juhakkala School. The multi-purpose building will also have facilities for pre-school education, which will free up space in the adjacent Renkomäki day care center. The new multifunctional building will be implemented with a life cycle model, which will be completed by the end of the year 2022/2023.

- The Tiirismaan Elementary School will move to an adult education center in the autumn of 2023.

- The pre-school and day care facilities to be built alongside Länsiharju School will replace the abandoned Hennala day care center.

Construction of the new premises will begin in the autumn of 2022 and will be completed by the end of 2023. The relocations are mainly to the Lahti area. The prices for removals outside the Lahti area are agreed on a case-by-case basis, due to the relatively small number of removals and the unique nature of each removals, but with a maximum hourly rate for removals (unloading).
