It is about a grouping of orders between the city and the communal center of social action. This framework agreement is broken down into two lots:

- lot 1: purchase of electrical supplies, is a framework agreement at unit prices, with order forms. Annual estimate:

—— city = 90,000 EUR excluding tax;

—— CCAS = 3,000 EUR excluding tax;

- lot 2: purchase of electrical equipment, is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts. Annual estimate:

—— city = 40,000 EUR excluding tax;

—— CCAS = 12,500 EUR excl.

This framework agreement defines the terms governing the contracts awarded on its basis, hereinafter referred to as subsequent contracts.
