Narvik municipality (NK) and others, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for delivery of vehicles. The vehicles shall mainly be financed by leasing.

The objective of this tender contest is to enter into the financially most advantageous agreement regarding a leasing agreement for vehicles.

The agreement period is 2 years from when the contract is signed. Unilateral option for the contracting authority to prolong the agreement with further 1 + 1 year. Expected start of contract is 1.9.2015.

The contracting authority aims at getting access to vehicles that are most suitable for any services and functions managed by the contracting authority. It will therefore be possible for the tenderers to submit part-prices, which may result in the contracting authority signing several framework agreements with different tenderers within different segments.

It will also be possible to submit part-prices for both tyres/tyre hotel and service of the vehicles separately.
