The subject of the contract is the purchase of gaseous fuel - high-methane natural gas group E and its delivery at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa, to installations located in a gas boiler room owned by the Customer, in the building of the Ursynów District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw at al. Komisja Edukacji Narodowej 61 in Warsaw, for heating purposes.
• The subject of the contract is the purchase of gaseous fuel - high-methane natural gas of group E and its delivery at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa, to installations located in the gas boiler room owned by the Recipient, in the building of the Ursynów District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw at al. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej 61 in Warsaw, intended for heating purposes.
• The supply of natural gas will take place on the basis of a comprehensive agreement containing the provisions of the sales agreement and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services and in accordance with applicable law, in particular on the terms set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 and the implementing regulations to this Act. The supplied gaseous fuel must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, executive acts and Polish Standards.
• The Contractor is obliged to notify the Distribution System Operator of the implementation of the concluded contract for the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel.
• The quantity of gaseous fuel ordered and the order of contractual capacity until the end of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the contract. The expected consumption of gaseous fuel is an estimate and is used to compare offers.
• Due to the use of smaller amounts of gaseous fuel in relation to the assumed amounts, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims.
• Information on the currently implemented contract:
- The current Contractor of the gas supply contract is Unimot Energia i Gaz Sp. z o.o.
- The current gas supply contract was concluded for the period from 01.12.2022 to 30.11.2023 and does not require notice.
- The gas distribution service by the current Contractor for the Ordering Party's collection points has been notified to the Distribution System Operator for the duration of the applicable contract.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the forecast demand for gaseous fuel are specified by:
