WWU has invested in SAP S/4 HANA and intend to award a contract to host SAP S/4 HANA in a SAP certified public cloud platform. This platform and its provider must be SAP certified for all of the below criteria:

— have available at least 2 UK based availability zones,

— provide native Clustering for high availability,

— support large HANA instances above 4TB.

Negotiated procedure without prior call for competition where the services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator where competition is absent for technical reasons.
