The client intends to renovate and renew the wave pool in the Lüneburg salt thermal bath (Salü for short). As part of the construction work, after the dismantling of systems and the dismantling of interior fittings as well as after the disposal of hazardous substances, the demolition of structural components and concrete renovation are carried out. Subsequently, the further renovation and new construction is carried out. The tender includes the roof waterproofing work as part of the roof work. Steel and trapezoidal sheet metal work were advertised separately.
