The contract consists in the supply of an apparatus for the deposition of optical thin films on flat substrates of various kinds (for example: silicon, sapphire, silica, quartz wafers, both conductive and insulating) through the ion beam sputtering technique with ion assistance (Dual Ion Beam Sputtering), for the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Padua.
