The overall project consists of the energy and technical rehabilitation of the Roucas residence, located in Vitrolles, consisting of 212 housing units divided into 25 buildings on levels R+1, R+2 and R+3.

The tasks entrusted to the incumbent are as follows:

- Phase 1 : Diagnostic (Diag.)

- Phase 2: Preliminary design (APS)

- Phase 3: Final Preliminary Design (DPA)

- Phase 4: Project studies (Pro)

- Phase 5: Assistance with the award of works contracts (Amt)

- Phase 6: Total Execution and Synthesis Studies (Total Exe including Visa)

- Phase 7: Construction Execution Directorate (DT)

- Phase 8: Scheduling, Piloting and Coordination (OPC)

- Phase 9: Assistance with receiving operations (Aor including Doe)

- Phase 10: complementary mission: Social project management (MOS)

- Phase 11: additional mission: Diagnosis of the products, equipment, materials and waste resulting from the rehabilitation operation and verification form (PEMD)
