The order includes the delivery of 6 pcs. multifunctional UTVs with alternative tracked propulsion and a trailer for its transport and consists of NW. 2 parts:

a) part 1 – delivery of 3 pcs. multifunctional UTVs with alternative tracked propulsion and a trailer for its transport,

b) part 2 – delivery of 3 pcs. multifunctional UTVs with alternative tracked propulsion and a trailer for its transport

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is:

Part 1 - Annex 1.1 to the SWZ

Part 2 - Annex 1.2 to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party requires the Supplier to deliver 3 pcs. multifunctional UTVs with alternative tracked propulsion and a trailer for its transport.

Vehicles must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act of 20.06.1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110) together with implementing regulations. The chassis of vehicles and its components, as well as all equipment brand new, year of manufacture not older than 2022. Vehicles should have a certificate of approval in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997. Road traffic law allowing registration. The chassis of vehicles should be equipped with an identification number and a statutory plate, as required by separate national regulations.
