1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Szemud Commune in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 (18 months).

2. The item of the order was divided into the following 2 Parts:

1) Part I, sector I - "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Szemud Commune in the years January 2024 - June 2025"

2) Part II – sector II "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Szemud in the years January 2024 – June 2025"

1) Sector I covers the eastern area of the municipality, i.e. the locality of: Bojano, Koleczkowo, Dobrzewino, Karczemki, Warzno, Kielno, Rębiska together with the collection and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point in Kielno.

a) The area of sector I – 4692.77 ha, on which there are 3438 property owners. (The owner of the property is also: co-owner, perpetual usufructuary and organizational units and persons having real estate under management or use, as well as other entities owning the property, as defined in Article 2 paragraph 1 point 4 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. The adopted number of owners results from declarations submitted by residents, as of 30-04-2023.

2) The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and the offer submitted by the Contractor.

3) The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, specifying the exact scope and quality requirements relating to at least the main elements making up the subject of the contract, is included in Annexes 5a, 5b to the SWZ.

1) Sector II, includes the area of western communes i.e.: villages Kamień, Kieleńska Huta, Leśno, Kowalewo, Jeleńska Huta, Szemudzka Huta, Szemud, Grabowiec, Przetoczyno, Donimierz, Głazica, Łebieńska Huta, Częstkowo, Łebno, Będargowo, Zęblewo with the reception and landscaping of waste from Point Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Szemud.

a) Area of sector II – 12893,46 h, on which there are 2807 property owners. (The owner of the property is also: co-owner, perpetual usufructuary and organizational units and persons having real estate under management or use, as well as other entities owning the property, as defined in Article 2 paragraph 1 point 4 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. The adopted number of owners results from declarations submitted by residents, as of 30-04-2023.

2) The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place in accordance with the SWZ and the offer submitted by the Contractor.

3) The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, specifying the exact scope and quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract, is included in Annexes 5a, 5b to the SWZ.
