The subject of the contract is the construction of a commercial and service building with the necessary technical infrastructure and the demolition of existing buildings in the municipal market at Płońska Street in Ciechanów, including, among others:

- construction of a commercial and service building;

- demolition of existing commercial and service buildings, industrial buildings and auxiliary buildings – a public toilet;

- demolition of infrastructure accompanying buildings;

- construction of a local road with an internal communication system;

- land development with the necessary infrastructure, plantings of greenery and small architecture.

The works will be carried out on the basis of technical documentation developed by STUDIUM Sp. z o. o. Sp. k., Noakowskiego 12/99, 00-666 Warsaw.
