The framework agreement shall cover all requirements for tools to the Norwegian Civil Defence, NST and the rest of the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection' operations. If the geographic distance is more than 30 - 40 km (on roads) from 1 of the operations' service locations to the Supplier's closest sale location, the Customer is free to cover the requirement for tools described in the requirement specification for this framework agreement from another supplier.

The framework agreement applies for 2 years from the signing of contract. The contracting authorities has the option of an extension for an additional 2 2-years.
