The objective of the contract is to establish a functional and user friendly rota and hours registration system for both managers and employees (daytime and rota). Notus rota system is currently used and there is no integration with other trade systems.
The system must have a simple and intuitive user interface for all users and the system shall contribute to making the planning, implementation and hours registration process more efficient.
The electronic hours registration system shall be able to register presence and absence for employees, transferring data to the payroll and personnel system Agresso M4 and for follow-up and reports of this for managers. The hours registration system shall be automatically updated at all times with the current law and agreements. The system shall see to the management's need for managing and it shall provide an overview of personnel, competence and consumption of variable payroll expenses as well as the hire of temporary staff. The system shall be used for employees who work in a rota, dayworkers with a different number of hours each week, as well as employees with flexitime and it shall provide a good overview of additional pay. The system shall be able to operate in both a basic rota and annual rota. Nesodden municipality needs a general system where we can plan and administer operations throughout the year, publish shifts on the internet and SMS where the temporary worker is registered correctly in the system upon being awarded work. Employees shall be able to maintain their data in an internet based system. There shall be good options for extracting relevant reports, including on overtime and breaches of the Working Environment Act. It is a prerequisite that the system is in accordance with the current law and agreements. The new general system shall replace the current rota software as well as the functionality for hiring temporary staff.
The system shall be fully integrated with the municipality's payroll and personnel system. The system shall be in full operation within six months of the contract being signed.
