Award of a framework agreement for the procurement of service support for the creation of concepts for the IT department of the Thuringian courts and public prosecutors [ITE-GS] and for the eJustice project of the Thuringian judiciary

By means of a Europe-wide tender, the client intends to award a framework agreement to procure service support for the preparation of implementation and migration concepts for the IT department of the Thuringian courts and public prosecutors [ITE-GS] as well as for the eJustice project of the Thuringian judiciary.

By means of a Europe-wide tender, the client intends to award a framework agreement to procure service support for the preparation of implementation and migration concepts for the IT department of the Thuringian courts and public prosecutors [ITE-GS] as well as for the eJustice project of the Thuringian judiciary.

The service must be offered for the period from 01.07.2022 to 31.12.2023 with a total of 4 extension options available to the client for the calendar years 2024, 2025 and 2026. according to the respective contract periods. Within the term of the framework agreement, the specific work orders are required by the client as an explicit individual call to the contractor.
