The subject of the contract is: the service acting as a CRO as part of the non-commercial clinical trial "Multiarm, Multicenter, RAndomized, Molecularly-GuIded ControlledTrial of Personalized Treatment Strategy - of Acute Myeloid Leukemia" implemented by the contracting authority 2022/ABM/02/00021, financed from funds of the Medical Research Agency.

Detailed description of the object of the order - is annex 2 of the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires that activities in the scope of the implementation of this contract be performed by persons employed by the Contractor or its subcontractors on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510) to the extent specified in the model contract Annex 4 to the SWZ.
