The purpose of the investment covered by this project documentation is the construction of the Lędzin bypass within the national road no. 46, together with the construction of access roads to service the adjacent site, the construction of engineering facilities, infrastructure related to the road and the reconstruction of local roads, and colliding technical infrastructure equipment.

The main objective of the 2nd Procurement Stage is to develop the design documentation necessary for obtaining the Environmental Conditions Decision (DUŚ), which is the basis for ordering the implementation of the analysed section of the road.

The purpose of the II-Giego Procurement Stage is to develop the Program Concept.

The development of project documentation includes:

1) Technical-Economic and Environmental Studies

2) Geological and Engineering Studies, Hydrogeological Works Project, Hydrogeological and Geotechnical Documentation

3) Materials for a request to obtain a decision on environmental conditions

4) Undertaking Information Card

5) Report on the environmental impact of the planned venture

7) Elaborate materials for the BRD Audit and enter the Audit notes into the documentation

8) Map for design purposes

9) Geological Works Project, Geological and Engineering Documentation

10) Economic analyses

11) Programme concept.
