The subject of the project is the renovation of the Vladimir Komarov secondary school in Stendal. The district of Stendal intends to renovate the project through the school infrastructure funding program. To support the implementation of the requirements, development goals and requirement criteria from the public funding guidelines, the planning services according to HOAI (2013) for buildings (§§34) and technical equipment (§§53) ALG 1 to 5 u. 8 to provide. A draft / approval planning including current building permit is available. The school is currently attended by around 250 students. The building is a prefabricated Cottbus building (built in 1972). The secondary school consists of a main house with 4 floors and a 2-storey extension with no basement. The school building will be renovated in two construction phases while the school is running.
Lot 1 - property planning building service phase (LP) 5 to 91. Object planning of buildings and interiors (§33ff, HOAI 2013), service phases 5-9 based on the existing design planning / approval planning,
2. Special performance: familiarization with design planning / approval planning,
3. Special service: preparation of a cost calculation.
The completion of the project will be based on the defined requirements of the funding guidelines. It is pointed out that the client performs some services himself. Not all service phases are therefore commissioned 100%. The district of Stendal already has a draft and approval plan that forms the basis of the funding decision. The bidder must take this into account comprehensively in the service phases to be awarded. Planning must begin immediately after placing the order.
Lot 2 - planning technical equipment HLS, LP 5-9, system groups 1 to 31. Specialist planning of technical equipment HLS (§53ff HOAI, 2013) service phases 5-9, plant groups 1 to 3 based on the existing design planning / approval planning,
