The Norwegian Communications Authority (henceforth also referred to as Nkom) intends to enter into a framework agreement with 1 provider of consultancy services. The contract includes assistance for the IT Division with tasks related to the development of Nkom's self-developed professional systems and integrations.

Nkom employs several technologies of which the potential tenderers must provide competence for. The systems are mainly java/javascript based, operated on a tomcat and glass-fish application server and employ i.a. the following technologies: Angular, Bootstrap, RichFaces, Spring, Hibernate, tomcat/glassfish application server, Mule ESB, SOAP/REST web-services, maven.

Basic competence in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) is also required.
