1. The subject matter of the contract includes "Supply of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products" for the needs of the contracting authority to the extent specified in this Terms of Reference with attachments.
No later than on the day of opening the offers, i.e. 22 November 2023 until 09.00 / on other days from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 13.00/ bidders must deliver the indicated samples of the subject of the contract to the food warehouse located in the Nutrition Department in order to assess their quality.
Pursuant to Article 65(1)(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority waives the requirement to use electronic means of communication.
The offer shall be drawn up under pain of nullity, in paper form and signed by hand and submitted via a postal operator, in person or by courier at the Contracting Authority's headquarters in the Department of Employee Affairs and Contract Preparation by 22.11.2023. to 09.00 o'clock

Sample
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic products - original or equivalent Coca Cola carbonated drink, Sprite or equivalent lemon-lime carbonated drink or equivalent, Pepsi Cola carbonated drink original or equivalent
Acceptance of samples takes place with confirmation by an employee of the food warehouse, i.e. Ms. Agnieszka Karolewska or Ms. Izabela Matuszak.
As far as possible, the tenderer is obliged to provide samples of the products to be evaluated in their original packaging or with the original label with the product description. The tenderer is obliged to provide product samples of no more than 1 l or 1 pc.
Samples are not subject to replenishment, they are used to assess the quality of the subject of the contract.
3. A detailed list of the subject matter of the contract along with the required quantities is attached as Appendix 10.
4. The offer shall be drawn up under pain of nullity, in paper form, signed and submitted by a postal operator, in person or by courier.
