Delivery of price-linked textbooks with an estimated total award amount of at least € 50,001.00 per lot. The following applies to all lots: An examination of the appropriateness of the prices is omitted, since the price is not a valuation criterion as a result of the fixed book price.

The award amount of approx. € 275,000.00 is to be divided into 2 partial orders (= partial lots). The sum is estimated and non-binding and may vary depending on the needs of the schools. The order value for each lot is at least € 50,001.00.

There's a draw taking place. Care shall be taken to ensure that a bidder who has already received a lot is no longer able to participate in the further lottery procedure. The draw shall be carried out under the supervision of the Audit Office.

Delivery of price-linked textbooks with an estimated total award amount of at least € 50,001.00 per lot. Lot 1 comprises 6 primary schools with a total of 9 locations and the comprehensive school with three locations.

The following services in connection with the delivery of the school books must be included free of charge:

- Supporting schools in determining book titles, order numbers, editions and shop prices

- Return of damaged books under the general warranty

If a book is no longer available or if it is republished, the Office of Schools of the City of Menden and the school concerned must be notified in writing, stating the reason. If possible, the communication must indicate when the book will be available again.
