The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Rojewo from the owners of real estate inhabited by the Municipality of Rojewo, from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Rojewo and their management in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use of recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the applicable regulations.

1) Collection and management of the following types of waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Rojewo Municipality:

• mixed municipal waste - in any quantity,

• biodegradable waste, including bio-waste - in any quantity,

• paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging - in any quantity,

• glass packaging - in any quantity,

• plastics, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging and multi-material packaging - in any quantity.

(2) The frequency of collection of mixed municipal waste from residential areas shall be as follows:

(a) from the development areas of single-family buildings:

• unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – once a month;

• biodegradable waste, including bio-waste - once a month;

• separately collected waste - once a month.

(b) from the development areas of multi-scale buildings:

• unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - twice a month;

• separately collected waste – once a month.

• biodegradable waste, including bio-waste – once a month.

3) Collection and management of waste from 5 plastic waste collection points (3x Rojewo, Liszkowo, Ściborze) - on a telephone notification from the Rojewo Commune Office.

4) Receiving from the point of selective collection of municipal waste in Rojewo, collected in a selective manner:

(a) paper and paperboard and packaging of paper and paperboard, metals and packaging of metals, plastics and packaging of plastic, polystyrene, glass packaging, multi-plant packaging, biowaste, waste not eligible for medical waste on the holding household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, expired medicines and chemicals, furniture and other multi-size waste, used tyres (with a permissible weight of the total vehicle to 3.5 tonnes), hazardous waste, textiles and clothing, construction and demolition waste, spent batteries and batteries, electrical and electronic equipment, sorbents and household filtration materials, construction waste and ash created in boiler house or domestic furnace in residential buildings — in any quantity,

b) collection of waste from PSZOK according to the demand after the ordering party's telephone notification;

5) Organizing once a year, after prior arrangements, mobile collection of bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment from in front of the reported residents' properties.

6) collection of used batteries after telephone notification of the Ordering Party from public buildings;

7) collection of expired medicines after telephone notification of the Ordering Party from the pharmacy point located in m. Rojewo and health centers located in the m. Rojewo and Zawiszyn.

On average, the contracting authority estimates that during the term of the contract (i.e. 17 months) the amount of municipal waste will amount to approx. including: 1883 Mg

non-segregated waste( mixed) - 1280 Mg

segregated waste about 450 Mg

waste from PSZOK approx. 153 Mg
