This framework agreement concerns the carrying out of technical or technical-economic studies, in the field of engineering and project management necessary for the management, rehabilitation and development of the departmental built heritage, on behalf of the Department of Val-de-Marne's Buildings Department, as part of its mission of general interest. The buildings concerned by this contract are the administrative buildings (Bata)

carrying out technical or techno-economic studies, in the field of engineering and project management necessary for the management, rehabilitation and development of the department's built heritage, on behalf of the Buildings Department of the Val-de-Marne Department. The services are TCE study missions for rehabilitation, repairs and fittings for various buildings and sites hosting the departmental services. These studies and expertise services will be carried out within the framework of: - public project management assistance (Amoa), - public project management assistance (Amoe), - project management (Moe) without architectural design, - scheduling, management and coordination (OPC) missions. The estimated value (heading Ii.2.6) corresponds to the non-contractual forecast estimate for the initial duration of the framework agreement of 8 months
