Call for applications for the design-build contract for the rehabilitation and extension of a nursing home of approximately 83 housing units in Genlis for the needs of Orvitis.

For the execution of the operation, the following skills must be presented:1.A "constructor" skill presented by a general contractor or a group of companies 2.An "architectural" skill presented by one or more architects (pursuant to Law No. 77-2 of 3 January 1977 as amended on architecture),3.A "structural technical studies" skill 4. "Fluid engineering design" competence in each of the following areas: *Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning, *High and Low Currents, *Sanitary Plumbing, *Energy Performance*SSI5. A "construction economics" skill 6.A "roads and utilities" skill 7.An "acoustics" skill 8.A "kitchen designer" skill 9.A skill in asbestos project management "The group must include all of these skills.
