Completion of works in the right-of-way requires obtaining a protocol acceptance from the road administrator. In the case of carrying out works outside the right-of-way, it is required to obtain a permit from the administrators of the area in question. If it is not possible to enter the area, the event should be reported to the Contracting Authority by presenting the refusal of the administrator/owner of the area in writing. A reduction in the scope covered by the Agreement in this respect may not result in financial claims of the Contractor against the Contracting Authority.
