The purpose of this consultation is to set up framework agreements for carrying out minor finishing work and major repair work for the needs of the CEA Le Ripault center. The envisaged framework agreement will cover needs from 0 to 25,000 EUR excluding tax.

In a 1 er time, it is necessary to submit an application respecting the conditions of the contract notice. In a 2 nd In time, the CEA will send to the companies selected, following the analysis of the applications, an invitation to tender.

Secondary trades body:

- plastering;

- paint, interior coating;

- tiling and wall covering;

- flooring;

- renovation and exterior painting;

- repair of second work, and structural work;

- safety operation pending repair;

- fault diagnosis;

- standard exchanges of defective parts;

- repairs and return to nominal operation test.

The envisaged framework agreement covers needs from 0 to 25,000 EUR excluding VAT. It includes a fixed part for the execution of repair work, and a part carried out by means of orders for the needs for finishing work.

For the part of the contract executed by means of an order, the framework agreement represents annually around 80 cases for an average amount of EUR 2,000 excluding VAT.
