Ortsmitte Wehingen | Section 1B Location and scope of the construction project
The building project for the transformation of the town center and its way through the town is located in the municipality of Wehingen, in the district of Tuttlingen. The overall action is divided into several divisions.
This invitation to tender relates to the redesign of Reichenbacher Straße (L433) and forms the first phase of construction [1B] of the construction project. In the course of the redesign, not only roads and squares will be redesigned, but also the supply and disposal lines will be upgraded and the existing modular structure will be repaired.
An adjoining retail market with residential units will be integrated into the pipeline network.
The construction project covers an area of approximately 4,500 m
- Road construction,
- earthworks,
- landscaping,
— Expansion of mixed water channel,
— expansion of water supply — drinking water+underfloor irrigation,
— work on broadband coverage,
— rehabilitation of the dandering of the abdominal course,
— electrical connection work (not working in LV),
— installation of gas pipelines (pipelines not in LV, developer ENRW Rottweil),
— Expansion of electricity grid (work not in LV, developer networks BW).
The construction site extends along the L433 state road to about 230 m in length and has a total height difference of almost 2m.
Both in the area of the pavement and in the area of the roadway, the decomied stream of the 'Lower Bära' runs underground.

— asphalt and surface layers: approx. 570 m³,
— Earthmoving and removal: approx. 2 650 m³.
New construction: (without matching and restoration work):
— asphalt road construction: approx. 2 000 m
— natural stone paving: approx. 2 250 m
— planting areas: approx. 350 m
— drinking water supply: approx. 480 m (without house connections),
— PE pipes: approx. 100 m PVC-U channel: approx. 450 m
— Reinforced concrete channel: approx. 225 m.
Renovation:
— Repair of umbel ceiling: approx. 520 m
