A tender contest for a Framework Agreement for contractor services for painting and flooring works. Option for including materials/equipment for the assignments. The Contracting Authority may choose to use a separate Framework Agreement for purchase of painting/flooring. The tenderer shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise.

The contract value is estimated to: 500 000 NOK excluding VAT, per annum. The volume must therefore be considered an estimate that is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

Lots and alternative tenders:

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The Contracting Authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
