Expansion of Valhøj School in Rødovre with 6,910 m² and an associated landscape project of 16,500 m². The project is offered as a main contract.
Valhøj School in Rødovre, which was built in 1957, is to be expanded by 6,910 m². The extension is divided into 3 free-standing buildings; primary, secondary and multi-purpose halls and will have a completely different look than existing buildings. The new buildings are surrounded by a solid and varied landscape project with different zones that cater to the target groups it serves. The landscape project also extends into parts of the existing school.
The landscape project is an important element for the contracting entity and the tenderer's experience in this area must be reflected in the request for prequalification.
In order to make room for this expansion, the contracting entity is already in the process of demolishing part of the southwestern buildings.
