The purpose of this consultation is to award a contract for the implementation of asbestos and lead detection prior to work on the buildings of the VALDEVY (94) immovable heritage intended for rehabilitation and demolition.

Lot 1 concerns the performance of asbestos and lead detection services before work on the buildings of the real estate heritage of VALDEVY (94) intended for rehabilitation. Lot 1 is a multi-awardee framework agreement executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts with a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders) pursuant to Articles R2162-7 to R 2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code

Lot 2 concerns the performance of asbestos and lead detection services before work on the buildings of the real estate heritage of VALDEVY (94) intended for demolition. This is a single-contractor framework agreement executed through the issuance of purchase orders.
