Receipt, transport and further management of waste codes 19 12 12 and 20 03 07

1. The subject of the order includes: collection, transport and management of waste codes:

20 03 07 — large waste

19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 — waste resulting from the processing (dismantling) of large waste.

19 12 12 — Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 — large waste selected from unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.

2. Estimated waste for development will be 2500 Mg

2. Estimated waste for development will be 2500 Mg

3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantity of waste intended for management, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change its terms. The actual amount of waste will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party.

4. Each batch of waste to be received will be reported by phone or email.

5. The method of waste management offered must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste.

6. Reception of large waste will take place from the Krkonoše Waste Management Centre in Ścięgny - Kostrzyca, from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 to 17.00. The quantities of waste will be determined each time in a unit order submitted by telephone or e-mail to the Contractor. A different date of receipt of the raw material may be possible, upon prior agreement with the Ordering Party.

7. The waste loading is on the side of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste received by the Contractor will take place on the legalized weight of the Ordering Party located in the Contracting Authority and will be confirmed by weight. This document will provide the sole basis for determining the amount of waste received.

8. The Contracting Authority shall draw up a waste transfer card in the Product and Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) database before the start of transport, which, after final confirmation in BDO by the Transporter, will provide the basis for invoices.

9. The Contractor shall, after each month of performance of the service, provide a written statement to the Contracting Authority on the method of their development, indicating the recovery process specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. The Contractor must indicate in the offer an installation in which the received waste will undergo a recovery process.

10. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the effects of the absence or recognition of the conditions for the execution

11. All costs associated with the arrival at the place of completion of the order, the costs of materials required for the execution of the order shall be borne by the Contractor, without the right to refund them from the Ordering Party.

12. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract under the terms and conditions contained in Annex No 6 SWZ Significant provisions of the contract.
