The subject of the contract is planning services, consisting of the scope of services object planning of buildings in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI for the general renovation of the roof waterproofing of the existing building of the Bogenhausen Clinic of the AG.

The subject of the contract is planning services, consisting of the scope of services object planning of buildings in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI for the general renovation of the roof waterproofing of the existing building of the Bogenhausen Clinic of the AG.

The Contractor is obliged to provide the basic services of the service phases (LPH) 1-3 and 5-8 in accordance with Annex 10 Number 10.1 HOAI.

The client shall provide the basic services in accordance with Annex 10 HOAI number 10.1 HOAI, LPH 6, lit. f) (compilation of the tender documents for all service areas) and LPH 7, lit. b) (obtaining offers), f) (compilation of the contract documents for all service areas) and h) (participation in the award of the contract) itself.

All basic services not assumed by the Client shall be provided by the Contractor.

In addition to the basic services of the respective service phases, the Contractor must provide the following special service:

- Inventory and evaluation of the type and scope required for the contractual performance of the contractual services in accordance with the contract in connection with service phase 1 (estimated time required: approx. 50 hours)
