NB: A tenderer may tender for both lots, but the maximum number of lots for which the contract may be awarded is one. Where the tenderer has submitted both lots of the successful tender, the tenderer must select the part of the contract to be awarded. The second tranche shall be awarded to the second-best tenderer.
